After they finished their home, this sweet family asked me to photograph them with their twin boys. The home has so much natural light. The color palette is mainly soft neutral colors, which is perfect for this type of session.
We moved from room to room and let the boys play. It was exactly what you think of when you hear lifestyle photography. They did what they always do with the boys, right down to the bath!
White balance is the color temperature of your photo. You can either shoot in auto white balance or adjust the kelvin setting.
HSL sliders in Lightroom allow you to change the Hue, Saturation, and Luminance of the photo.
The sliders are divided into each color group: red, orange, yellow, green, aqua, blue, purple, magenta. Each color then has a slider for hue, saturation and luminance (HSL).
