I flew in from the bay area today and I knew I gave it my all because I am ready to collapse on the floor! The photo sessions went SO well and I can’t wait to share all the gorgeous kids and their families.
To kick things off, I saw Ethan and Talia- who were even cuter than the last time I saw them. 🙂 Tina had an idea to take her fainting couch outside and I was all for it! Too bad for us that the weather was well above 100 when we were lugging it down a flight of stairs, into the car and down the trail.
But, wouldn’t you say it was worth it!??
I’ve got plenty more from this session to share, but here’s one for now while I download all my carefully numbered cards.

It’s a little crazy to be thinking about the holidays. Yet, here I am packing my bags to head up to the Bay Area with the purpose of taking pictures for holiday cards! I’m so excited to see some favorite clients and meet some new ones as well.
Here are some of the new tri-fold cards. They are 5×5 after they’re all folded up…so cute! You’ll see two images for each card-one is the inside, one is the outside of the card.
And here are a bunch of the 5×7 cards. They can be made as a flat card or a folded card..with more goodies on the inside.
Classy: (hard to see, but there’s a white borer around it)
Cocoa:
Entwined:
Evergreen:
Funky Snowflakes:
Grunged Up:
Gumdrops:
Holiday Spice:
Opera:
Patina:
Polka Dot Cutie:
Rococo:

These are press-printed cards, so they totally stand out and as you can see there’s a bit of something for everyone!

It doesn’t get any cuter than this…
Sam showed up for her photo session with 3 outfits and tons of energy! First we raced around Peck Park…

Then we went off to find some pink bougainvillea to go with Sam’s pink outfit…
We ended up at the loading docks and were able to snap a few pictures before we were told that pictures aren’t allowed on the docks. What an adventure!
Thanks for the great morning!

I’d like to see what the interest would be for Bay Area photo sessions on Sept 5 and 6. I would be able to do three sessions each day, so they will fill up on a first come/first serve basis. Please email me for details and to reserve your spot. I’ll be presenting all new Christmas card templates for 2008, so this is a great time to take care of your cards with plennnty of time to spare!
And since a post just isn’t a post without a picture…
I’m so excited to be able to come back and do pictures!!

Over a year ago I posted pictures of the kids during our traditional Saturday morning donut run. We have since found a new donut shop in our new home. This one’s walking distance!
This particular shop has lots of bright blue…like the exact shade of Jillian’s eyes!
Cooper and Jilly are usually up for having their picture taken, but Jake is getting to the stage where he is not so crazy about it. So, when the camera comes out, this is a typical portrait.
We found this pole with pretty flowers wrapped around it on our walk home, so Jillian stopped for a picture. One fun thing about being in a new city is finding lots more spots for pictures!

I mentioned before that Jackson was Mr. Popular with my kids. When we were at Hume Lake earlier this summer, they were thrilled to see a familiar face…and they were ALL over him.
Jackson was such a great sport about it!
These are from an afternoon at the cove…lots of fun in the water!
After a fun day at the cove, Jillian *hearts* me.

Musical ability that is…
All 3 of the kids take after Brent’s side of the family and love them some music. 🙂
These pictures were from my favorite bay area field. I don’t have a field any more. Now all I have is ocean. I need to get there more often for pictures!!
Looks like there might be a riff in the band!
