My good friend Brenda decided to surprise her mom with photos of their entire family (all 17 of them!) for her birthday. What a sweet gift! We meet at Greenridge Park and everyone took turns having family portraits, couples portraits, all the grandkids, etc. Then we did an entire group shot…how fun! This family is amazing and I hope I captured how much they love each other.
Here’s some of the love…
I plan to write a little more about each family, but these are some of my favorites!

Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of taking pictures of Henry, who is all of a week old! I loved seeing how much his parents, Joe and Mandy, adore him. They were having so much fun with this new little bundle and I was really blessed to get to visit with them.
Henry was fast asleep most of the time. Isn’t he so precious!?!
Here’s Henry’s mom and dad looking amazing!
And some of the two of them holding their little bundle of cuteness!
When I arrived Henry was kickin’ it in a Batman and Robin onesie. He already has his mom and dad’s sense of style.
And check out his "stud muffin" pacifier!
Thanks guys for letting me take pictures of Henry. He is so sweet!

Yesterday marks a important day in the Eldridge household…the first day of school for both my boys. One begins kindergarten, one begins first grade. It was an exciting morning packing lunches and getting out brand new backpacks!
Here’s the first grader…looking very serious about his first day.
Thinking about being on his own without mom all day!
Off they go…to face the world.
Baby sister, waving goodbye, as they drove away.
And this image just makes me smile!

For the last part of our bridal session I took Janelle to a large open field for some romance-inspired pictures. From there we found a construction site and had fun with color and texture. Not quite "romance-inspired" but lots of fun!
Here comes the bit of grunge…a little different, but I love it!
Now these ones were tough to take…I was trying to focus Janelle behind the chain link fence. It’s harder than you think!
Lastly some close-ups….I couldn’t decide which I liked better, black & white or color. What do you think?

Last weekend, I shot bridal portraits of Janelle. We went to several different locations to get a variety of looks. This first post are the pictures we took on the Five Canyons trails. Janelle was a game for anything…I had her balancing on tree trunks and climbing up muddy paths. It was worth it, because…wow…isn’t she stunning!?
More to come in later!

These sisters share the same birthday! Taylor just turned 3 and Madison just turned one. I love the interaction between siblings and there’s an extra special connection between sisters. It was high noon when I shot did this session, so I figured indoors would be a better option.
When I arrived, their mom had outfit choices laid out. We decided that Taylor should wear a pair of fall-ish brown boots with her mini-skirt. Taylor decided she should wear polka-dotted rain boots with her mini-skirt. I said, let’s go with it…she’ll take better pictures if she’s happy with her shoes! And I’m so glad we let Taylor have the say…her rain boots SO fit her personality and just MAKE many of these pictures!
Baby sister, Madison, is at that age where you smile at her and she gives you this look like she thinks the world of you and a toothy smile to go with it!
I took this picture right after her mom got her up from her nap…doesn’t she look like the old-fashioned "Gerber Baby!?"
I think this is my favorite picture of sweet Madison…
Thanks girls for letting me chase you around your house!
