He’s just one week old…how can someone so little be sooooo adorable!? My sweet friend Monica…who doesn’t even look like she just had a baby a mere seven days ago…asked me to take pictures of their newest addition…Garrett.
Normally I get a little nervous before a session, but this time I was purely excited…no nervousness. There’s just something about the way newborns smell and how they scrunch up their face. It was cold and foggy this morning, so walking into the house and seeing how cozy and sweet their family was together just made me smile!

Garrett was so alert…he kept popping his head up while I was taking his picture. What a little man. 🙂
