As Seen On [Dallas Morning News/Party Perfect Blog]
Hudson’s first birthday party pictures have been making the rounds! The post started back in June, but I didn’t get around to blogging about it until recently. Then Hudson’s mom, Laura–style blogger extraodinaire suggested I submit the pictures to Party Perfect.
Sara Hicks Malone, who writes Party Perfect, is a former art director for Martha Stewart baby and kids magazines. She has great taste and a great blog…I was so excited when she wrote me back right away with a link to my very own post on her blog!!
I love what she wrote…especially the title. So creative!
After that was posted, I was contacted a few weeks later, by Amy Twomey, a writer for the Dallas Morning News. She wanted to run a story about children’s birthday parties, and guess what…she loved my photos. Woot! Today, my work was featured on The Dallas Morning news blog in a write up on children’s birthday parties. It’s the 5th most read blog right now, so it’s pretty exciting!!
Big thanks to Laura, for nudging me to send the photos in. Who knows what else will come out of it!

Together with the whole thing that seems to be building throughout this particular subject matter, your viewpoints are actually quite stimulating.
