…there’s going to be a lot of cute pictures is the post…and I mean a lot! 🙂 I got the chance to meet Natalie a few days ago and her super sweet parents. We met up at a park in Alameda, then went over to the beach for some awesome sunset lighting.
Natalie’s mom brought her little radio flyer bike for the shoot:
Natalie giving a little love to her mom and dad…
Then, running after some bubbles. 🙂
The colors at the beach were brilliant…I love how blue the sky is.
I was in love with Natalie’s cute little Ugg boots and of course the adorable hat…I told you…a lot of cuteness in this post. 🙂
Getting Natalie’s mom and dad by themselves…
My last shot of the day…sometimes it turns out to be one of my favorites…like in this case.
I’ve got another busy busy weekend ahead…five sessions coming up…so lots more to come!

My last session from last weekend was with the Davis family. We had the perfect sunset lighting and their street is lined with trees that are turning colors right now…an amazing setting!
I had the kids by myself for a little while taking pictures and they were so cute together. It was neat to see how the older brother really looks after his little sister.
A little fun in the fall leaves!
Here’s their family together in front of the house. They are so sweet together…just a beautiful family!
Thanks Davis family for letting me hang out with you on Sunday!

I had the pleasure of photographing the Giannini family last weekend. This family is so sweet and giving…not to mention beautiful! The kids were so cooperative, especially when it came to being photographed together. I think they’re going to use this one for their Christmas card this year…it’s my personal favorite. 🙂
Here’s some individual shots of the kids…
I love this mother/daughter shot:
This move is called the Iron Cross according to the kids…too funny. 🙂
I jumped in the car with the Gianninis on the way over to our second location and the kids fell asleep on our way back to their house. I literally exhausted them! 🙂

Cindy’s family is literally spread across the globe, so she wanted to have pictures done when all her children were together. The Black family is so sweet…they made me miss my own family!
We went to Greenridge park for pictures and it was so windy, but we made the best of it…getting into position, then waiting for the wind to die down!
Here’s a great shot of the men in the Black family…the girls were behind me the whole time trying to make them laugh. 🙂

Donna and Casey were the first for my weekend line-up! They are getting married November 17 in Rescue, CA. I’ve never been, but from what they told me about it…it sounds beautiful. Donna is the sweet mom of my friend Mandy…if you can believe that! Not only is she gorgeous, she also has amazing taste in shoes…hence this picture:
And do you recognize the chair? It first appeared when Mandy had Henry. I asked if we could borrow the chair again and thankfully Casey had a big truck and was kind enough to lug it around for me!
These two are so in love…they made it fun to just take pictures of them interacting!
Thanks, Donna and Casey…it was fun hanging out with you!

Every Saturday morning Brent takes the kids to donuts. When we are down south there’s a particular donut shop they go to. The thing I remember most about it is the wall of food posters that are so old and tinted by the sun, they are blue….providing a nice background for this picture. 🙂
Here are the kids…waiting, waiting, waiting for the donuts…
And this series is too cute…I’m loving the tongue, stuck out in concentration.
That’s it for the family posts. Tomorrow is my calm before the storm. I have four sessions this weekend…so I’ll have lots to share next week.

Brent’s parents live minutes from the beach…
this beach.
So, whenever we’re down, we try to go…like once a day! I’m not a huge fan of getting dirty and sandy, but it sure it pretty to look at! So, this time I brought my camera and had fun taking pictures of everyone ELSE getting dirty and sandy.
Nana tells the kids they can get "finger hugs" from the sea anemones…hence the pointed fingers!

The weekend before last I had the chance to photograph a wonderful family and their dog Lucy. Here are a few of my favorites from their session:
I love this mother/daughter shot…
At the end of the session, Mom and Dad let me take the kids to the playground. I love these candid shots…they actually ended up being some of my favorites overall.
Thanks Jullien family! I had fun hanging out with you!
